Admittee Ambassador Program
Referral Program Terms & Guidelines
We’re excited to welcome you to the Admittee Ambassador Program! Whether you’re a parent, coach, teacher, or community leader, you’re helping schools and clubs save time, raise more, and offer families a better ticketing experience.
This program rewards you for referring new schools or clubs to Admittee. Here’s how it works and what to know before you begin.
How You Earn
As an Ambassador, you can earn up to $250 for each school or club you refer — plus extra bonuses as you help more groups get started.
You’ll earn:
• $50 when your referral sells 500 tickets
• An additional $200 when they reach 2,500 tickets
• That’s $250 total per referral
You’ll also receive a $100 bonus for every three referrals that reach 500 tickets. There’s no cap — the more schools you help, the more you earn.
How to Qualify
To qualify for rewards, two simple things are required:
Submit the referral form so we know it came from you.
Make a real introduction to someone involved with the school or club — ideally over email, text message, or a short video call.
We’ll take it from there and keep you updated as your referrals progress toward each milestone.
Who Can Participate
The Ambassador Program is open to individuals or organizations — including PTAs, booster clubs, and other nonprofit groups that support school and youth activities. If you'd like payments directed to a group account, just let us know. All participants are considered independent earners and are responsible for reporting any income they receive through the program.
Payment Timing
Payments are sent out during the first week of each month, based on milestones reached during the previous month. You’ll choose your preferred payment method when you get started.
How to Promote
We want you to feel confident sharing Admittee — and we also want to make sure our school communities feel respected. Here are a few helpful guidelines:
• Feel free to post on your personal pages or community groups where you're already active. Just avoid posting in groups you're not really a part of — we want to keep things authentic and welcome.
• Don’t create new accounts or pages using the Admittee name. That way, there's no confusion about what's official and what’s coming from supporters like you.
• Stick to the official flyers and graphics. If you'd like to make your own, we're happy to review and approve!
• Only say you're representing a school or club if you actually work with them. We want everything to be clear, honest, and positive.
Support & Resources
You’re not on your own. We’re here to support you with helpful tools and guidance along the way.
We can provide:
• A quick video overview or live Zoom session
• Flyers, templates, and graphics for outreach
• Sample intro messages you can use
• Seasonal updates and easy sharing tips
If you’d like help getting started or want additional materials, just reach out.
