Ticket Purchaser Terms
Welcome to Admittee! When you purchase a ticket through our platform, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Role
Admittee is a ticketing platform that enables event organizers—including schools, athletic organizations, and other groups (“Organizers”)—to create and manage events. Admittee does not operate, host, or control the events listed. Each Organizer is solely responsible for their event details and execution.
2. Ticket Purchases
When you buy a ticket, you’re entering into an agreement directly with the Organizer. Admittee facilitates the transaction but does not set ticket prices or manage event capacity. Your ticket is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation policies are set by the Organizer. Admittee does not issue refunds unless a platform-related technical issue occurs. For all event-related issues, please contact the Organizer directly.
4. Fees
Ticket prices are determined by the Organizer. Admittee may apply a processing or service fee, which is included in the total and viewable at checkout.
5. Event Conduct and Entry
By attending an event, you agree to comply with the Organizer’s rules, safety policies, and any venue guidelines. Organizers may deny entry or remove attendees for behavior that violates these terms.
6. Platform Responsibilities
Admittee is not liable for any changes, cancellations, or incidents related to the event itself. We provide the platform, but the Organizer is responsible for the event experience.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy. By using Admittee, you agree to these practices.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Admittee after updates means you accept the revised terms.
