The Documents tab in the Financial Hub contains important financial records provided by Stripe, including year-end summaries and tax documents your school may need for annual reporting.

These files can be accessed by Finance Managers or Admins and are especially helpful during tax season or for financial audits.

Refund Policy: With Admittee, all puchases are final. If an exception needs to be made, the refund must be coordinated outside the platform, directly between your school and the purchaser. Refunds cannot be issued through Admittee or Stripe.
