Creating a Single Event
Tickets are the most common way to manage entry for games, performances, and activities. In Admittee, you can:
Sell different ticket types (student, general admission, VIP, etc.)
Set pricing, quantities, promo codes, and more
How to Create a Ticketed Event
Go to the Tickets tab in the main navigation.
In the upper right, click create, then select Single Event.
In the pop-up modal, enter:
Event Category (e.g., Football, Theater, Club Activity)
Date & Time
Opponent, level, and gender (if applicable)
Click Create.
Add ticket types and pricing (e.g., Student $5, General Admission $10).
Add an optional event description.
Write your own, or click Generate to use AI to help you get started.
Edit the AI generated text to fit your needs.
When ready, click Publish to make your event live.

A pass lets buyers attend multiple events with a single purchase. Passes are a great way to increase attendance, offer families more value, and simplify access. You can create:
Season Passes → Covers all events in a season (e.g., every home football game). Best for families and fans who plan to attend regularly.
Flex Passes → Works like a bundle of credits. Buyers purchase a set number (e.g., 5 credits), and each credit is used when they attend an event.
How to Create a Pass
Go to the Tickets tab in the main navigation.
In the upper right, click Create, and select “Pass”.
In the pop-up modal, enter:
Pass Name (e.g., “Fall Season Pass”)
Pass type (Season Pass or Flex Pass)
Select events included in the pass
Click Create.
Add pass price and any additional options if needed.
Add an optional pass description.
Write your own, or click Generate to use AI to help you get started.
Edit the AI generated text to fit your needs.
Click Publish to make the pass available for purchase.
