🔗 Where to Find the Recovery Page

Buyers can access the Ticket Recovery page from:

• Any event page

• Your school or organization’s All Events page

📧 How Ticket Recovery Works

1. On the Ticket Recovery page, the buyer enters the email address used with their purchase (the one tied to their credit card).

2. Admittee sends a notification email to that address.

3. In the email, the buyer receives a secure link to their Orders page.

4. From there, they can:

   • View the status of their tickets

   • Re-download tickets

   • Save tickets to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

If a parent says they lost their ticket, direct them to the Ticket Recovery page (linked on the event page, All Events page, or Admittee website).
