Modifying Published Events
Need to make a change after publishing? No problem—events in Admittee can be modified at any time, even after they’re live.
When you make updates in the Event Editor, your changes are automatically saved and immediately reflected on the public Event Page. Whether you’re updating event details, adjusting ticket settings, or adding a sponsor, Admittee makes real-time updates easy.
However, it’s important to note:
Once ticket sales have occurred, the event cannot be deleted
Certain event details—such as the event category or competitor—may become locked to preserve reporting accuracy
You can still update other details, such as time, location, ticket quantities, and descriptions
If you need to pause ticket sales or temporarily hide the event, you can always unpublish it. This removes the event from public view while keeping all your existing settings intact.
Tip: If you're planning to make changes that affect attendees, like the date or venue, consider sending a follow-up message to notify buyers.
