In the Event Editor sidebar, you’ll find the Promo Codes section. Here, you can add and manage multiple promo codes for any event. You can offer a percentage discount on ticket prices, customize the code itself (or let the system generate one), and even set a maximum number of uses per code. You can create as many promo codes as you need, and each one can be tailored for a specific audience or purpose.

Promo codes are perfect for:

• Offering discounts to special guests

• Creating complimentary or VIP tickets

• Testing your event before going live

For ticket buyers, promo codes are easy to apply. On the Event Page, they simply click the “Total + Fees & Promo” dropdown at checkout and enter the promo code. The discount is instantly applied to their order.
