At Admittee, we believe pricing should be transparent and predictable. No setup fees, no annual costs, and no surprises. All credit card processing is included in the Admittee service fee, so there are no extra charges from payment processors. Our goal is to keep costs low while still providing schools and clubs with a full set of features for tickets, passes, fundraisers, concessions, and more.

Cover-the-Fee Option

Admittee gives organizers flexibility in how fees are handled. Families can choose to cover the service fee at checkout. This keeps things transparent for families while giving organizers control over how fees are managed.

• If enabled, families will see a small checkbox inviting them to cover the fee.

• The checkbox is optional, and supporters can decide whether to leave it on or off.

• If the buyer leaves the checkbox off, the service fee is covered by the school or program.

• For tickets and passes, organizers can alternatively have fees always covered by the buyer as a separate line item.
