Welcome to Admittee! Get started in less than 1 minute.


Welcome to Admittee! This quick guide will walk you through the main areas of the platform and help you get ready to start selling tickets for your events.
1. Event Dashboard

The Event Dashboard is your main hub. From here, you can:

  • View all your upcoming events at a glance

  • Track ticket sales and activity in real time

  • Create new events or passes in just a few clicks


2. Activity Tab

The Activity tab is where you can track trends and understand what’s driving ticket sales across your organization. It gives you insights into:

  • Real-time sales by date

  • Sales by category (e.g., spor, fundraisers, performances)

  • Performance of individual events


3. Finances Tab

Under the Finances tab, you’ll find everything related to payments. Admittee uses Stripe to process payments securely, and most payouts arrive within 24 hours.

  • View transaction history

  • Track payouts to your connected account

  • Export reports as needed


4. Invite Your Team

If you have team members helping you run events, you can invite them to your account:

  • Go to Settings > Users

  • Invite team members and assign access as needed


5. Activate Your Account

Before you can publish events, you’ll need to activate your account. This ensures funds are deposited directly into your account and unlocks Admittee's full functionality:

  • Head to the Settings > Account Activation

  • Complete your payment setup through Stripe


You’re Ready to Go!

Once your payment details are in place, you can publish your first event and start selling tickets. If you have any questions along the way, reach out to support@admitteetickets.com
