User Management

Admittee makes it easy to collaborate by allowing you to invite an unlimited number of team members to your account. Here’s how to manage your team and assign the right roles:

How to Invite Team Members
  1. Go to Settings > User Management.

  2. Click Invite User.

  3. Enter the team member’s name, email, and select their role.

  4. Send the invite — they’ll receive an email to join your school’s Admittee account.

User Roles & Permissions

Role

Access

Admin

Full access to manage events, settings, financial reports, and users.

Finance Manager

Can manage financial settings and payouts. Cannot create or modify events.

Event Manager

Can create and manage events, and view reports. No access to financial settings or user management.

Viewer

Can view event details and reports but cannot make any changes.

Best Practice Tip:
  • Assign Finance Manager access to your financial admin or school bookkeeper.

  • Give Event Manager roles to staff involved in organizing events.

  • Use Viewer roles for team members who only need to stay informed.
