How to Activate Your Admittee Account
Before you can start selling tickets, you’ll need to complete account activation. Here’s how:
1. Submit School Administrator Information
In your Admittee dashboard, go to Settings > Activation
Enter the name and email of a school administrator who can approve your organization.
Our team will reach out for verification. Approval typically takes 1–2 business days.
2. Set Up Payments
Once submitted, your financial manager will need to complete payment setup.
Admittee partners with Stripe to process payments and transfer ticket revenue securely.
Your financial manager will receive instructions to complete Stripe onboarding with your school’s banking details.
3. Create Events in Parallel
You can begin creating events in Admittee while waiting for approval.
Events can be saved as drafts, but you won’t be able to publish or sell tickets until your account is approved and Stripe setup is complete.
4. Start Selling
Once approved and payments are set up, you’ll be ready to publish your events and start selling tickets!
