Publishing and Unpublishing Events
Once your event details are complete and you’re ready to start selling tickets, it’s time to publish.
Publishing an Event

To publish your event, simply click the Publish button in the top right corner of the Event Editor. After clicking, a confirmation modal will appear with several options to help you promote your event. From this modal, you can:
View the event page where fans can purchase tickets. This is the public-facing page for your event.
Print a poster with a QR code that links directly to your ticket purchase page. This poster is ready to post around campus, the community, or at the event.
Share the event via Facebook or text message to quickly get the word out.
These tools are designed to make it easy to promote your event the moment it goes live.
Unpublishing an Event

If you need to temporarily take an event offline—for example, to make updates or delay ticket sales—you can click the Unpublish button. This will hide the event from the public page, but your settings and ticket details will be saved. You can republish the event at any time.
