Quick Start: Creating your first Event

Activate your account

  • Go to Settings > Account Activation and connect Stripe for payouts.

  • Go to Settings > General Settings and add:

    • Default ticket prices

    • Opponent teams

    • Event categories


  • Create your event & add tickets

    • From the Tickets/Events dashboard, click Create Event (upper right).

    • Enter the category, date, and time, then select Create.

    • Add ticket types and prices (student, general admission, passes, etc.).

    • Add an optional description and click Publish.


  • Share your event

    • Click Share (upper right).

    • In the share modal you can:

      • Copy the event link to send to families and parents

      • Print the QR poster for hallways or the gate

      • Share on Facebook

      • Embed it on your website

    • (If your school uses Arbiter, you can also import your full schedule.)


🎉 That’s it — your first event is live!
