The Finances section is where you manage everything related to payments, payouts, and fees. It’s powered by Stripe, our secure payment processor, and gives you a complete record of your organization’s financial activity.

The Finances section has four tabs:

💳 Transactions

• View every ticket, pass, concession, or donation purchase made through Admittee

• Search and filter by amount, date, status, or payment method

• Export transactions in CSV format by day, week, month, or custom range

💵 Payouts

• Track when funds are sent to your organization’s bank account

• Each payout shows: total amount, date deposited, and event category.

• Payouts are typically deposited within 24 hours

• Payout settings can be adjusted to deposit daily, weekly, or monthly

📄 Tax Documents

• View and download any required year-end tax documents for your organization

• If your organization qualifies for 1099 forms, they will appear here

• Export records as needed for your school or booster treasurer

💲 Admittee Fees

• Admittee charges a small per-transaction fee to keep the platform running. 

• These fees are automatically deducted before payouts are sent

• Organizers can choose whether buyers or the organization covers the fees at checkout

• Refunds: Event organizers can issue refunds, but Admittee fees are non-refundable

🔑 Key Notes

• All financial activity is managed securely through Stripe.

• Your bank account must be connected before payments can be received.

• Use the Transactions and Payouts tabs for reconciliation with your own records.
